Incredibly knowledgeable staff in the parts department. I called them up today about a broken part and they not only sold me a replacement part, they offered me an upgraded metal version that would fit my model dishwasher. So I got it for cheap and it fit perfectly! Thanks for the help!

I originally ordered this washer and dryer from Best Buy. After they took our money instantly, then a month of bullcrap excuses out of Best Buy, we cancelled that order. A friend told us about Hagedorn and we gave them a shot.
